In order for Progress codes to be mapped to ILR values, you must select the appropriate button from the Progress Codes group on the Admin Commands ribbon as shown below.
The following buttons are available:
Outcome
The Outcome button enables you to associate an ILR Outcome code with progress codes that are defined locally by the institution. This allows the ILR generation process to default the correct ILR code into the Outcome field in the Learner Aim dataset.
Clicking on the Outcome button will open the Yearly Values window to allow the association of outcome codes to the progress codes by funding year.
Completion Status
The Completion Status button enables you to associate an ILR Completion Status code with progress codes that are defined locally by the institution. This allows the ILR generation process to default the correct ILR code into the Completion Status field in the Learner Aim dataset.
Clicking on the Completion Status button will open the Yearly Values window to allow the association of completion status codes to the progress codes by funding year.
Usage Permissions
The Usage Permissions button is no longer used in ebs.
HE Completion Years
The HE Completion Years button enables you to associate an ILR HE Completion Years code with progress codes that are defined locally by the institution. This allows the ILR generation process to default the correct ILR code into the HE Completion Years field in the HE dataset.
Clicking on the HE Completion Years button will open the Yearly Values window to allow the association of HE completion year codes to the progress codes by funding year.
Leaving Reason
The Leaving Reason button enables you to associate an ILR Leaving Reason code with progress codes that are defined locally by the institution. This allows the ILR generation process to default the correct ILR code into the Leaving Reason field in the Learner Aim dataset.
Clicking on the Leaving Reason button will open the Yearly Values window to allow the association of leaving reason codes to the progress codes by funding year.
Learning End Reason
The Learning End Reason button enables you to associate an ILR Reason Learning Ended code with progress codes that are defined locally by the institution. This allows the ILR generation process to default the correct ILR code into the Reason Learning Ended field in the Learner Aim dataset.
Clicking on the Learning End Reason button will open the Yearly Values window to allow the association of reason learning ended codes to the progress codes by funding year.
Actual Progression Codes
The Actual Progression progress code is a redundant button.
